A blend of tamaryokucha (steamed curled tea) and deep-steamed sencha, both of which are made by the distinctly Japanese production method of steaming tea leaves. Moderately astringent and mildly sweet, this beautiful dark green tea pairs well with a variety of meals.

Tamaryokucha : Steamed curled green tea. Mild taste.
Shiraore : Highest grade of twig and stem tea. Made from gyokuro tea plants.
